Manage day to day HR, Admin, Systems Admin and General Operations for RAPS
Manage the entire internal hiring process for RAPS including hiring the best talent based on our needs
Understand the needs and alter/implement policies to suit the company needs
Mentor and manage the team to ensure efficient and positive team
Build and ensure participation of employees for all extra-curricular / cultural activities
Stay in touch with the industry to gain insight on changes coming up in the industry and how we could internally make changes for a better effective work culture
Build and provide effective Management Reports on timely basis
Work with other Department Managers to come up with ideas to overall improve the work environment
Manage and Participate on any additional projects assigned by the Management from time to time
