Description:
Join our team as a Senior Manager in Credit Risk Management, where you'll be responsible for overseeing technical support and managing strategies in a dynamic and agile environment.
This full-time position is based in Frisco, TX, Bellevue, WA, or Overland Park, KS.
The role involves leading a team to develop and implement innovative solutions using various technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 solutions related to fraud, credit, and collections.
Manage decision engine configurations for new and existing customers.
Lead and enhance team performance and process efficiencies.
Attract, hire, and retain a high-performing team of technical staff and managers.
Develop productive relationships with partner organizations and vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
7-10 years of relevant product management experience in an agile software environment.
2-4 years of experience in a leadership role.
2-4 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more resources.
Proven success in delivering software with agile methodologies.
