- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project health: schedule, budget, safety, quality, risk, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive executive readiness: prepare briefing materials, leadership updates, and escalation paths with clarity, precision, and foresight—especially for projects with company-wide visibility
- Interface directly with engineering, operations, real estate, EHS, and executive stakeholders—translating technical complexity into clear action and decisions
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks—resolving them before they impact delivery. Embed best practices in planning, communication, and execution across teams
- Enterprise governance: Organizational growth, developing talent, culture, standards, KPIs, forecasting, c-suite executive reporting. Leadership of multiple high-performing- leaders and their team across multiple sites and functions
What You’ll Bring

- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial, manufacturing, or R&D construction, with a proven track record managing high-volume, multi-site portfolios
- Demonstrated success leading construction teams across diverse, high-visibility projects—especially in fast-paced, ambiguous, innovation-driven environments
- Exceptional executive communication skills: ability to distill complex project status into clear, actionable updates for leadership—on demand, under pressure
- Deep technical fluency across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and controls, scopes—with the ability to challenge and elevate execution quality
