Sr. Manager - APM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and leadership to align project objectives.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
• Oversee SRE, DevOps, or Production Support initiatives and ensure service reliability.
• Track project milestones, budgets, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to improve service delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong Program and Project Management experience.
• Excellent Stakeholder and Client Management skills.
• Experience managingSRE, DevOps, or Production Support projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management.
• Budget Planning and Resource Management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.
