Sr ITSM Developer

Job Summary

Looking for an experiencedServiceNow ITSM Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ITSM modules, platform customization, integrations, workflow automation, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform optimization.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and implementation of best practices.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to technical design and solution architecture discussions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
• Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Nice to Have

• Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Service Mapping, and Employee Center.

Exposure to ServiceNow AI/GenAI capabilities and automation solutions.
