Sr IRM Developer

Role: Service Now IRM/GRC developer or senior developer

Job Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow implementation experience GRC Policy and compliance, Risk management, Vendor Risk management, and Privacy management modules

• Ability to develop solution architecture both functional and technical with ServiceNow GRC Products

• Configuring Policies, configuring and maintaining privacies for different regions, Risks, Audit test plans, Vendor contracts, Operational reports, and integration either with UCF or configuration of ServiceNow use case accelerators

Familiar with the privacy policies or regulations like (GDPR,CCPA,NIST, IS0270001) and PIA(privacy Impact assessment)

• Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows

• Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows -to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service

• Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality create script to automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNow.

• Performs integrations and process automation

• Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other third party systems.

• Thorough understanding of ServiceNow GRC processes offerings

• Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application

• Should be able to guide development team

Required Experience And Skills :

• 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation

• Hands on experience on ServiceNow Policy & Compliance, Risk management, Vendor Risk management, privacy management

• Excellent customer facing skills

• Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external or third party systems

• Should be able to hold discussions with the clients on the best approach for the client after analyzing their environment or problems

• Must have working experience Agile environment

• Experience with Scripting to developed scripted Indicators to automate Control testing. to fetch evidence from outside ServiceNow

• Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).

• Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.

• Service Now Certified GRC modules preferred
