Sr Inventory Specialist PIM

Job Title: Sr Inventory Specialist PIM (L2)

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for independently executing defined PIM processes with high accuracy and timeliness. The role supports Inventory health across different pyramids to enable an exceptional Guest Experience, profitable growth, and operational efficiency.

The incumbent will contribute through process execution, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement while developing strong functional and business knowledge.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

• Analyze digital inventory health, availability, and business performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct deep dives and root-cause analysis on business performance and translate findings into meaningful actions.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with key stakeholders to discuss process outcomes, determine and align actions.
• Partner with Planning, Merchandising and other stakeholders to identify and resolve inventory-related queries and opportunities.
• Establish effective working relationships with global PIM teams to support consistent outcomes and performance.
  

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute established processes as per standard operating procedures with 100% timeliness and compliance.
• Generate reports to monitor inventory health and operational performance, identifying key trends in inventory positioning, seasonality, and demand.
• Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner and support issue resolution as per business requirements.
• Proactively support peers during peak workloads and adjusting priorities as needed to meet business demands.
