Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in sprint planning and Agile delivery activities
2. Develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage and Snowflake
3. Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
4. Well versed in Autosys job scheduling
5. Perform ETL and query performance optimization
6. Good in Unix shell scripting
7. Analyze production data issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
8. Support data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities
9. Coordinate with business teams and stakeholders for requirement analysis and issue resolution
10. Ensure data quality and timely delivery of data solutions
Required Skills
1. Strong ETL development experience using IBM DataStage, Snowflake
2. Expertise in SQL scripting
3. Experience with Oracle/Snowflake database
4. Good knowledge of Unix commands and shell scripting
5. Good experience with Autosys job scheduling and monitoring
6. Strong understanding of ETL and SQL performance optimization techniques
7. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Domain Requirement
Desired - Good understanding of Capital markets domain, regulatory compliance and financial data terminology
