Sr. Drupal Developer
Location: Eagan, MN / Remote
Duration: 12+ Months/ Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Drupal Developer with strong hands-on experience in Drupal development, backend architecture, custom modules, APIs, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will build and support scalable Drupal solutions for high-traffic, public-facing digital platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance custom Drupal modules and backend solutions.
  • Develop and support REST API and web service integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Kong.
  • Configure complex Drupal Webforms, including data integrations and dynamic prepopulation.
  • Implement and support SSO solutions, preferably Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
  • Work with Drupal Views, entities, taxonomies, blocks, Layout Builder, and configuration management.
  • Support Acquia Cloud, Acquia DAM, and SearchStax integrations.
  • Perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex Drupal application and integration issues.
  • Create technical documentation and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of Drupal development experience.
  • Strong experience with Drupal architecture and custom module development.
  • Expertise in PHP, REST APIs, web services, entities, hooks, plugins, and configuration management.
  • Experience with Drupal Webform and external system integrations.
  • Experience with SSO / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Experience with Acquia Cloud and Acquia DAM; SearchStax is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Git, Composer, Drush, DDEV/Lando.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL and Linux.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
