Responsibilities:

• Analyze tasks, provide time estimates, implement new or revised application requirements, and support end users as needed. Ownership of code extends beyond shipping.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation. Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
• Identify and suggest improvements to established workflows, continuously learn, and raise concerns when gaps are noticed.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts after understanding established guidelines.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and managing control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Java application development.
• Experience writing performant JPA for CRUD APIs in Spring.
• UI experience with Angular/AG Grid.
• Experience working with microservices and related concepts (Gateway, reverse proxy, JWT tokens).
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
