Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Modeler with strong expertise in designing and building data models for large-scale systems. This role focuses on data architecture, data structure design, and modeling aligned with financial and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Develop data models for financial systems, journals, and accounting datasets
- Define data standards, structures, and relationships
- Work closely with analysts and engineers to implement models
- Optimize models for performance and scalability
- Support data mapping and transformation between systems
- Programming: Python (Expert knowledge)
- Data & Query: Strong SQL
- Data Formats: XML, JSON, Parquet, Avro, Protobuf
- Data Modeling: Strong hands-on experience in data model design (mandatory)
- AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and model optimization
- Strong understanding of Financial Instruments (Derivatives preferred)
- Experience in Accounting / Journals data modeling (important)
- Strong data architecture thinking
- Problem-solving and structured analysis approach
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- High adaptability and learning agility
