Sr. Compensation Analyst / Compensation Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work-related experience in compensation & benefits
• Experience in compensation & benefits project management
• Expertise in broad-based and executive compensation & benefits analysis & design
• Strong vendor management skills
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian compensation and benefits programs
• Demonstrated experience in a large, global, and complex matrix organization
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with reward plan evaluation, analysis, and communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and business stakeholders

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and administration of global reward programs in Canada
• Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits programs to assess effectiveness and competitiveness
• Provide compensation and benefits data, analysis, and guidance to HR and business stakeholders
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis for informed reward decisions
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments related to compensation and benefits
• Partner with HRBPs and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of reward policies
• Coordinate with HR Services for the execution of annual reward programs
• Support benefits vendor administration and ongoing benefits plan management
