WHAT MAKES A GREAT FIT
We’re looking for someone who isn't simply an engineer on paper. You should be comfortable getting into the process, asking questions, looking at the data, working with operators, and figuring out why something isn't performing the way it should.
The strongest candidates will combine deep technical knowledge with the ability to solve real manufacturing problems and communicate practical solutions across the organization.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 per year. Candidates who bring additional technical capabilities that create value across the organization may be considered above this range.
