Job Qualifications

Six years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or development of programs, policies and business concepts/strategies. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.


Or

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management or economics and four years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or development of programs, policies and business concepts/strategies. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.


Degree (one of):
  • BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred
    • Major/Minor (one of):
  • BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
  • BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred
  • ECONOMICS - Preferred

    • Additional Qualifications/Requirements

    Work – Onsite (Exchange HQ – Dallas, Texas)
    • Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work”
    PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary. 



    The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate:
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including BLUF - style executive communication
    • Solid knowledge of retail store operations and how communications affect execution in retail operations
    • Solid critical thinking and sound judgement skill
    • Planning and budget tracking experience
    • Ability to build cross-functional relationships across departments and levels of leadership
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams, Forms & SharePoint
    • Knowledge of RMDS & IGLAS legacy systems

    Major Duties

    Monitors and follow through on execution of concepts, strategies, etc. through interface with other business groups.
    Uses in depth analysis in the development of large-scale projects and programs. Develops operating strategies, marketing programs, and promotional programs.
    Uses ingenuity in developing new methods and approaches to business problems.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
