We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Domain Consultant with 10–12 years of deep expertise across the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge across payer, provider, or healthcare technology landscapes, combined with the ability to advise clients, lead domain-driven initiatives, and support digital transformation programs.
This role requires translating business needs into domain-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as a trusted consultant to global healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Domain Consulting & Client Engagement
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across healthcare domains such as payer operations, provider workflows, clinical processes, claims, utilization management, care management, member/patient engagement, or health informatics.
Lead client discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and domain assessments.
Solutioning & Delivery Leadership
Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by creating business cases, solution blueprints, POVs, and proposals.
Work closely with product, technology, and delivery teams to ensure domain alignment in solution design.
Develop thought leadership content, whitepapers, market insights, and accelerators.
Mentor junior consultants and serve as a domain coach within the consulting practice.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Domain Expertise
Consulting & Analytical Skills10–12 years of experience in healthcare consulting, business analysis, or domain leadership roles.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable functional and domain specifications.
Experience working in global delivery models.
Technical & Tools Knowledge (Preferred)Exposure to digital health platforms, BI/analytics tools, and cloud-based healthcare solutions.
Understanding of automation, AI/ML use cases in healthcare is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Education Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA/MPH/MHA) preferred.
Relevant certifications are a plus (AHIP, CPHIMS, CBAP, etc.).
