Duration: 12 months + (potential for extension)
Job Description:
- We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 7 years of IT experience. This resource must have Road TMS experience and SAP FTM experience.
- An ideal candidate will also have SAP TM and Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience (Not required, but big plus)
4 years IT business analyst road TMS experience
1 year SAP FTM experience
2 years TMS integration experience
Nice to Have:
SAP TM experience
Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience
Snowflake Integration experience
Job duties:
apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the TMS / OBC space, always aligned with the Global template;
work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis;
support the Mastery/TM 3rd party carrier payment integration, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution;
participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional CHS product lines
provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned (partially owned or in full) objects.
support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applications
maintain detailed documentation
provide new user training on supported applications, as requested
maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, and identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests
