Job Title: Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Healthcare and Facets Claims experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and the Facets Administration team to analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, support Agile software development, and perform data analysis using SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business functions, processes, and procedures to recommend effective solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Facets Administration team.
• Create functional specifications and business process documentation.
• Support Agile software development using Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Assist with test planning, UAT, defect triage, and issue resolution.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for business analysis activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Systems Analyst (SA).
• Strong experience in Healthcare Claims and Facets.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and SAFe.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare payer industry experience.
• Experience supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with UAT and defect management.
