Sr Advanced Systems Engineer

Job Title: Sr Advanced Systems Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ --85034
Duration: 6 Months

3 days/week on site in Phoenix, AZ office. 2days/week optional work from home.

Introduction

This is a 6-month contract with the objective of integrating current analysis tools into Cameo. There is an opportunity for an extended contract or direct-hire role depending on the outcome of the initial 6-month contract. The position requires 3 days/week on-site in the Phoenix, AZ office, with 2 days/week optional work from home.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods using Cameo software.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements management using DOORs, including writing and decomposing requirements.
• Fundamental understanding of fluid systems, including heat transfer and flow analysis.
• 5 years of systems engineering experience in the Aerospace Industry.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lubrication Systems in turbine engines.
• Familiarity with gear and bearing design and analysis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and analysis of Lubrication Systems for Engines and Power System products.
• Incorporate model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles into existing Lubrication System engineering best practices.
