Position Overview

TheClient Accounting and Advisory Senior Associate will be a pivotal member of our client accounting and advisory services team, providing leadership and expertise in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in US accounting principles, advanced technical skills, and the ability to lead and deliver high-quality output while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day full cycle accounting operations and advisory services from planning to execution and delivery.

• Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their financial performance and operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in client engagements.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, mentoring and coaching them to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Stay updated on accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and ensure strict compliance across all client engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant field.

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in US public accounting or a similar client-facing role.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and practices, with advanced proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis.

  • Proficiency inQuickBooks and advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel (required).

  • Nice to have: Public Sector or Government Accounting experience.

• Work Arrangement & Schedule:

  • Onsite work in Makati required for the 1st year(flexibility provided during typhoons, severe weather advisories, or emergencies).

  • Night shift required.
