Understand the expectations and delivery metrics of RAPS and RAPS's clients thoroughly
Work closely to understand the client, the decision makers and how to attract more business from these clients
Join weekly calls with the MSPs to be on the top of the updates, new positions opening up, positions that are moving fast, etc., and keep the team informed accordingly
Understanding the VMS portals and the submission process to perfect on it
Work closely with the MSP/Client Managers to build a strong rapport with them, so that RAPS becomes their preferred choice
Lead the Non-IT Delivery by working and mentoring the team and set expectations to meet client requirements
Set targets and build reporting to ensure achievement of the targets from your team members
Build a strong Delivery Team to not only cater to current needs, but also be ready for additional business from current and prospective clients
Identify tools/portals that can work best for the delivery team
Work closely with the other Team Managers to build a strong, healthy, competitive and positive environment overall within the organization
Generate and share MIS Reports/Market Intelligence with the Management on regular basis indicating progress and growth of the team
Identify/Involve in other assignments/projects within the organization for overall professional growth of self and RAPS
