We are seeking an experienced SQL Support Engineer with strong expertise in T-SQL development, SQL Server production support, and SQL Agent job monitoring. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting critical healthcare applications, preferably within the Healthcare Claims domain. The role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, incident resolution, and ensuring the smooth execution of business-critical batch processes and database operations.

Must Have Skills
1. Strong T-SQL Experience (Primary Skill)
Candidates should possess advanced hands-on experience in T-SQL and SQL Server, including:
• Writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Query performance tuning and execution plan analysis.
• Identifying and resolving blocking, deadlocks, long-running queries, and database performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with indexing strategies, statistics management, and SQL optimization techniques.
• Data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation using SQL.
• Supporting high-volume transactional databases in production environments.
