Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems and applications.
• Revise and refine existing systems as needed.
• Participate in project planning, including:
  • Implementation design specifications
  • System flow diagrams
  • Documentation
• Conduct testing and provide ongoing support for business systems.
• Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
• Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts effectively.
• Deliver robust and reliable applications with a proven track record.

• Experience with Softrax or similar subscription management applications.
• Application upgrades and enhancements.
• System configuration and customization.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Responding to IT incidents and service requests.

• Creation and deployment of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
• Development of SQL interface scripts.

• Database administration and security.
• Writing complex SQL queries and creating database views.
• Developing stored procedures.
• Performing database updates (one-off and bulk operations).
• Scheduling and managing SQL jobs.
