The Job

As a Business Travel Consultant you will provide exceptional customer care to business travellers on or before their global journeys. Your responsibilities include:

• Personalised travel solutions: Make special travel solutions for business travellers, regarding flights, hotels, train journeys, and more.
• Assistance before the trip: Assist the travellers in planning before departure, to ensure they have all the information and arrangements they need for a smooth start.
• Support on their trips: Be the go-to consultant during their travels, resolving any issues, changes, or requests efficiently.
• Optimised Travel Experience: Strive to ensure that they arrive at their destinations refreshed and ready for business meetings, enabling them to make the most of their trips.
• Timely Returns: Handle their returns, to make sure they reach home on schedule, providing work-life balance.

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).

🎓 Previous experience in customer service, tourism or hospitality is a plus but not a must. Competence in typing and navigating computer applications, including MS Office tools.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)

🥇 You are great at verbal and phone-based communication. Good active listening and soft skills in order to engage effectively with clients.
