MSP Fee:5%

Orientation hours (billable or non-billable?):Billable

Overtime multiplier:1.5

OT: Travel Nurses – over 48 hours

Hours per week:48 - Travel Nurses

Payment Terms:RightSourcing will pay the supplier seven business days after receiving payment from Pikeville Medical Center

Work week & start time of work week:Sunday – Saturday

Payroll Period:Bi-Weekly

Shift work weekTravel Nurses: 12-hour shifts x 4 days

Call back multiplier:1.5

On-call rate:$ 2.05/hr

Experience: Minimum one year travel experience

Holiday multiplier:1.5

Holidays observed:Holidays are billed one and five-tenths (1.5) times the straight-time bill rate and shall be applicable for thefollowing holidays, 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM

- Christmas

      - Thanksgiving Day

      - Memorial Day

      - July 4th

      - Labor Day

SLP has no mileage requirement

Cath Lab SPT can be offered up to 20 weeks
