Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilledSprinklr API Specialist to support advanced automation, integration, and configuration across digital asset management and publishing workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise inSprinklr platform configuration,API integrations, anddigital content automation across multiple social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Sprinklr Configuration & Digital Asset Automation

• Build and manage custom fields, metadata schemas, and automated workflows within Sprinklr.

• Configure asset libraries, reporting dashboards, and duplicate detection logic.

• Support automation for multi-channel publishing across SP&E, DAM, and Publishing modules.

2. API & Middleware Integration (Airtable → AWS Lambda → Sprinklr)

• Develop and maintain REST API integrations to streamline content workflows.

• Manage payload design, schema validation, error handling, and retry logic.

• Work with middleware systems (AWS Lambda, Airtable) for asset transfers and data validation.

3. Social Platform Authentication & Channel Formatting

• Configure OAuth authentication for platforms includingYouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.

• Ensure compliance with channel-specific requirements (aspect ratios, thumbnails, captions, and formatting).

4. End-to-End QA & Automation Testing

• Perform automation validation to ensure metadata accuracy, asset delivery, and multi-channel publishing consistency.

• Monitor and troubleshoot workflow errors, duplicate blocking, and dashboard data integrity.

5. Technical Documentation & Client Training

• Create technical documentation, schema maps, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.

• Conduct training sessions for client teams to enable self-sufficient monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as aSprinklr API Specialist orDigital Asset Automation Engineer.

• Deep understanding ofSprinklr's APIs,workflow automation, andpublishing modules.

• Strong knowledge ofAWS Lambda,REST APIs, andmiddleware integration.

• Familiarity withAirtable,OAuth configurations, andsocial media platform APIs.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support cross-functional teams.
