• 8+ years of experience in AIOps, Observability, Event Management, or Systems Integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability in production environments.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Splunk ITSI/Observability platforms, dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and event correlation.
• Develop integrations with monitoring, logging, and ITSM tools using REST APIs and other integration methods.
• Build automation workflows and runbooks using Python/Shell scripting for incident management and remediation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Incident Management, AIOps, event correlation, and noise reduction.
• Experience with Git, cloud monitoring (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security best practices is an advantage.
• Good communication, documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
