What we are looking for: Metro is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinkingSpeech Therapist to work in an ALF/Memory Care setting who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. We’re looking for flexible and all-in teammates who are excited by the opportunity to take on emerging challenges.

Qualifications
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey or eligible.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications (live course)
