Speech Language Pathologist

Speech Language Pathologist- Early Intervention - Full-Time/Part-Time 

Compensation: $55-$65/hour

Location: Santa Maria / Nipomo

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Provide developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages 0-3 in their natural environment.

· Provide parent education and home programs related to treatment goals.

· Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.

· Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program.

· Prepare biannual progress reports.

· Comply with program’s policies and procedures including HIPAA, Privacy, and Confidentiality laws and regulations.

Schedule: 

· Full-Time and Part-Time positions available with morning and evening schedules available

· Monday- Friday hours available between 8:00am-7:00pm

· You will have the ability to make your own weekly schedule with the families in your caseload.

What we are looking for:

Required:

· Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.

· Current and unrestricted Speech Therapy licensure in California.

· One (1) year experience with pediatrics

· Knowledge of early start, Regional Center, various developmental delays.

· Knowledgeable in speech-language therapy, transdisciplinary early-intervention theories, and rehabilitation principles and practices.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Other Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to cover a 30-mile coverage area from the assigned home office location. This position will require a valid California ID or Driver’s License.

Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to background check, physical etc. If required to drive, candidate must possess proof of valid insurance and registration.
