Specialist - Program & Project Management

Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Business Analyst with strong expertise inData Technologies and a deep understanding ofArtificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving data-driven transformation initiatives, AI adoption, and strategic business outcomes.

The candidate shouldpossess strong analytical skills, experience working with large-scale data platforms, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Lead requirement discovery workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define business KPIs, success metrics, and data governance requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
• Perform impact analysis and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive AI and analytics initiatives by identifying business use cases and value realization opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define AI adoption strategies, responsible AI practices, and operational processes.

Data Technology Expertise
