Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support issues related to performance security and capabilities of Cloud based solutions
• Provide operational maintenance and monitoring of Cloud based solutions
• Integrate Azure Cloud based solutions with other Cloud or on premises workloads
• Accountable for monitoring auditing and reporting on Azure service usage escalating issues and providing reporting for leadership
• Monitor and on all applications and infrastructure components as defined in the event catalogue
• Respond to and resolve vulnerabilities in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve minor infrastructure problems
• Apply security patches and updates to maintain compliance and reduce risk
• Analyze system logs to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
• Investigate s and errors remediate infrastructure related incidents
• Escalate complex infrastructure and application issues to Level 3 support when necessary
• Provide monitoring and support ensuring adherence to improved SLA targets shifts may be applicable on a rotation basis
