Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedFull-Stack Technical Lead with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inC#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Microservices, Angular or React, and Microsoft SQL Server. The candidate should also have practical experience usingAI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and solution design.

The role requires strong technical ownership, system-design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional Agile teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience withC#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and .NET Framework 4.7.
• Strong experience withASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, and Dependency Injection / Dependency Inversion.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing.NET-based Microservices.
• Strong knowledge ofRESTful APIs and API integration.
• Strong proficiency inAngular or React.
• Good hands-on knowledge ofHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong experience withMicrosoft SQL Server, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance considerations.
• Experience developingsecure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
• Understanding ofcloud platforms and containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience withAI-assisted development tools/workflows such as AI coding assistants, automated code generation, test generation, debugging, or code-quality enhancement.
• Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience withcode reviews, coding standards, unit testing, and software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, technical design, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, QA, product owners, and other stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience withDevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience withAzure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience withevent-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms such asKafka or RabbitMQ.

• Exposure to cloud services onMicrosoft Azure or AWS.

Key Responsibilities
