Specialist I - ML Engineering

We are seeking an experiencedAI Governance Lead to drive the responsible, secure, and compliant adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. The role will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, managing AI-related risks, and ensuring AI initiatives align with regulatory, ethical, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Establish controls and monitoring mechanisms for AI solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory, and industry requirements.
• Lead AI risk assessments, model governance, and oversight of AI/ML systems.
• Promote Responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and accountability.
• Partner with business, legal, risk, security, data, and technology teams to support AI governance initiatives.
• Drive awareness and adoption of AI governance best practices across the organization.
• Monitor emerging AI regulations, standards, and governance trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, and data-driven solutions.
• Experience in AI governance, risk management, compliance, or technology governance.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy frameworks, and information security principles.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI ethics, model risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop policies, standards, and governance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise AI transformation or digital initiatives.
• Understanding of global AI regulations and governance frameworks.
• Relevant certifications in AI, data governance, risk, privacy, or cybersecurity are advantageous.

Experience: 10+ Years (preferred)
