Inviting applications for the role of Manager HRSS – Switzerland Role Purpose We are looking for an HRSS professional to manage Switzerland-specific HR operations and provide accurate, timely and employee-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day Switzerland HRSS transactions covering employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, exits and documentation. • Handle employee and HR queries through case management, email and HR service channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. • Maintain employee data and HR records in relevant HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Support Switzerland-specific HR processes, policies, documentation and statutory requirements. • Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Mobility and other internal teams to resolve employee requests and dependencies. • Perform required validation, quality checks and controls before completing transactions. • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement, automation and standardisation. • Maintain process documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles and support process changes. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality and internal controls, including Switzerland/EU data protection requirements where applicable.
