Specialist, Finance Planning & Analysis and COO Finance, Snr. Assoc.~AVP

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist CFO and Finance management team on establishing, articulating, tracking strategy execution e.g. scorecard and HR agenda.
• Assist to drive initiatives and projects on reporting, digitalization, process productivity improvement, etc.
• Support financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting and presentations to CMC, Board, regulators and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Opportunity to rotate within Finance to different roles including, but not limited to, Finance BP, MIS, Financial Reporting, etc.

Education and Relevant Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable university.
• A major in Economics, Accounting, Finance and/(or) Business is preferred.
• Overseas study experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years of working experience.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, research, presentation and PPT visualization skills.
• Excellent in spoken and written English with good communication and presentation skills.
• A quick learner, logic minded, creative and resilient.
• Independent, self-initiated, and able to drive collaboration and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
