Job Title AI Software Engineer

Role summary Builds AI agents and AIpowered applications independent of any specific framework or runtime Able to take a business problem and deliver a working agentAI app covering orchestration evaluation guardrails and observability for the agents behavior

Key Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents AI applications to solve defined business problems orchestration tool use planning multistep workflows

Implement evaluation and testing for agentLLM behavior quality safety cost and regression testing

Implement guardrails and policy controls on agent actions tool access and outputs

Instrument observability for agent behavior tracing logging metrics specific to agentLLM performance not infra

Build and maintain data pipelinesdatasets needed for grounding evaluation and safety testing of agents

Collaborate with platform security and domain teams to integrate agents with enterprise systems and controls

Document agent design patterns runbooks and best practices for reuse across future agents

Core Skills Required

Strong Python or equivalent programming

Solid understanding of LLMGenAI fundamentals prompting embeddings RAG agentic patterns tool use planning multiagent workflows

Experience building and evaluating agentLLM systems frameworkagnostic any of LangChain LangGraph OpenAI Agents SDK or custom

Experience with LLMagent observability and eval practices

Experience running production systems or data pipelines on AWS Azure GCP using containers serverless and managed storageservices

Comfortable working with structuredunstructured data SQL Pandas or similar

Qualifications

6-7 years in software engineering ML engineering or applied AI roles

Demonstrated experience shipping at least one production or nearproduction LLMagent system

Nice to have exposure to multiple agent frameworks not specialized in just oneGE
