Role: Network Engineer – L2/L3 Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterpriseLAN, WAN, WLAN and SD-WAN environments.
• Configure and troubleshootrouters, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points.
• PerformL2/L3 troubleshooting, incident resolution and escalation handling.
• Troubleshoot network availability, performance and connectivity issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure usingSolarWinds, SCOM, PRTG or Nagios.
• Execute network changes, upgrades, patching and firmware updates.
• MaintainHLD/LLD, network diagrams, IP addressing, configurations and inventory.
• Support hybrid-cloud connectivity involvingAzure/AWS.
• Coordinate with Cloud, Security, Server and other infrastructure teams.
• FollowITIL/change-management processes.
