Job Description

Drive Agile and valuedriven delivery initiatives for Workday HCM projects and enhancements

Partner with HR Payroll Benefits Recruiting and business stakeholders to gather analyze and prioritize requirements

Own and manage the Workday product backlog user stories acceptance criteria and release planning activities

Configure and support Workday modules including Core HCM Recruiting Compensation Benefits Talent Performance Time Tracking Absence Payroll Security and Reporting

Collaborate with integration teams supporting EIB Core Connectors PECI PICOF Workday Studio RESTSOAP and thirdparty vendor integrations

Drive testing activities including SIT UAT regression testing release validation and production deployments

Monitor project delivery risks dependencies and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes

Support governance compliance audit requirements and continuous process improvement initiatives

Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Workday delivery teams

Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions and user stories

Prioritize enhancement requests based on business value compliance and operational impact

Drive requirement workshops solution reviews and stakeholder walkthroughs

Coordinate Workday configuration testing deployment and production support activities

Manage project documentation including BRDs FRDs user stories process flows UAT plans and status reports

Track project risks issues dependencies and mitigation plans

Support release management change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with offshore teams and crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions

Ensure compliance with HR payroll security privacy and organizational governance requirements

Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption through effective communication and training support
