Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and shared understanding of business requirements.
Gather, evaluate, and analyse business requirements using a variety of elicitation and analysis techniques.
Document business requirements, including both functional and non‑functional requirements.
Design and improve end-to-end (E2E) business processes, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Maintain business analysis documentation, workflows, and requirement traceability in line with standards.
Document outcomes of business analysis and obtain stakeholder approval on key deliverables.
Create and refine user stories, maintaining product backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting sprint planning
Monitor project deliverables and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and initiatives.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Provide support during the testing phase to ensure requirements are met and issues are identified and resolved efficiently.
