Job Summary:

The Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Analysis will lead design thinking and ideation workshops to drive innovative solutions using Power BI.

Job Description:

• Lead and facilitate design thinking and ideation workshops to generate innovative user centered business solutions.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze data and create impactful visualizations that support decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to align business analysis strategies.
• Translate workshop outcomes and business needs into actionable insights and reports.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex business problems and improve processes.
• Stay current with industry trends in business analysis and data visualization to continuously enhance solution quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and moderate ideation sessions that encourage creative problem-solving across teams.
• Use Power BI to develop dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key business metrics.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points define requirements and establish design goals.
• Drive adoption of design thinking principles within the organization to foster innovation.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of continuous learning and user centric design.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ensure alignment of business analysis initiatives with overall organizational objectives and technology capabilities.
