Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in business process design data analysis and user research to drive AML business and data analysis initiatives

Job Description

Design and map business processes to improve efficiency and compliance within AML frameworks Conduct detailed BFS data analysis to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for process enhancement Perform user research and analysis to gather insights for optimizing AMLrelated workflows Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align business process designs with organizational goals Utilize business architecture principles to support strategic planning and execution Analyze performance testing results including server statistics and bottlenecks to recommend tuning and improvements Develop documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AML business processes and data analysis projects

Map and document endtoend business processes ensuring clarity and compliance

Conduct user research to understand requirements and pain points translating them into actionable insights

Analyze BFS data to support decisionmaking and identify areas for process optimization

Collaborate with performance testing teams to analyze test results and recommend system improvements

Apply business architecture techniques to align business processes with organizational strategy

Provide expert guidance and support to junior analysts and crossfunctional teams on AML data analysis and business process design
