YOU WILL BE: 

The Brand Experience & Events Specialist, BG provides essential administrative, operational, and logistics support for all branding, marketing, and event activities at Bergdorf Goodman. Reporting directly to the AVP, Brand Experience & Events, this role handles daily workflow tracking, data reporting, administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintains and updates department calendars, agendas, and planning documents in coordination with team leadership.
• Provides operational and logistical support to the Director and store teams to assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, corporate initiatives, and fashion presentations.
• Tracks sales data for trunk shows and special events, maintaining accurate reporting records for the team.
• Coordinates routine vendor logistics, gathers documentation, and tracks event contracts, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure timely processing.
• Assists in drafting and organizing presentation decks, ensuring project files, event recaps, and communication materials are accurate and up to date.
• Serves as on-site administrative and operational support for store teams during event setup, run-of-show, and post-event teardown as needed.
• Researches and logs potential venues, supplies, decor vendors, and production resources for upcoming projects.
• Coordinates day-to-day communication and logistical updates between Marketing, Private Client Relations, and store teams to keep projects on schedule, as well as external vendors and brand partners.
• Drafts and deploys monthly and seasonal reporting for leadership visibility.
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in event coordination, marketing support, or client relations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing meeting materials and status updates for management
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, task-oriented approach to completing assignments on time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for event coverage

Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves):

• "Win together" mentality
• Basic proficiency with social media and press
• Proficiency with Wrike, Google Products, MS Office Product Suite
• Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
