This role supports warehouse operations and overall functions at Bodor Laser Turkey, combining warehouse management, technical consulting, and CRM responsibilities. It involves providing technical consulting and on-site after-sales service to customers while managing warehouse operations and tracking inventory. Additionally, the role encompasses handling customer relationship management (CRM) tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Job Description

Inventory & Spare Parts Management

Manage spare parts inventory, including stock accounting, inbound and outbound transactions, storage, and record keeping. Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain consistency between physical stock and system data.

Logistics & Order Coordination

Track and record all logistics activities related to spare parts shipped to and returned from service centers. Prepare shipping documentation, support domestic and international shipments, and provide guidance on spare parts orders and inventory availability.

Inventory Control & Reporting

Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts with China Headquarters. Analyze spare parts usage, monitor inventory trends, prepare reports, and support headquarters in determining optimal stock levels and replenishment plans.

Daily Administration

Assist the Service Director with the procurement of office supplies and other operational requirements for the service center. Support general administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Warehouse Compliance & 5S

Maintain warehouse safety, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, implement 5S standards, and continuously improve warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

Additional Duties

Perform other duties assigned by the Service Director.

Qualifications

Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience: Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, spare parts management, logistics, or after-sales service is preferred. Experience in the machine tool, manufacturing, automation, or electromechanical industries is an advantage.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: Turkish required. Good command of spoken and written English is required. Chinese language skills are a plus.

Other Requirements: Based at the Ankara Service Center. Willingness to travel occasionally for inventory audits or business trips (approximately 1–2 times per quarter). Valid driver's license is preferred.
