This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals while working towards a nationally recognised qualification through theMITO Apprenticeship Programme.

What You'll Be Learning

As a Parts Interpreter Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Identifying and interpreting heavy vehicle spare parts

• Assisting customers over the phone, email and at the trade counter

• Understanding vehicle systems, parts catalogues and electronic parts systems

• Processing quotes, orders and invoices

• Building strong product knowledge across truck, trailer and bus parts

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Working collaboratively with branch, warehouse and sales teams

What We're Looking For

• Have a genuine interest in trucks, automotive or mechanical industries

• Enjoy problem-solving and helping customers

• Have strong communication skills

• Are reliable, motivated and keen to learn

• Have good attention to detail

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Have basic computer skills

Previous parts experience is not required. We will train the right person.
