Deli Manager -Full-Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experiencedFull-TimeDeli Manager to lead our deli team and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, high food quality standards, and a well-organised operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the deli department, driving sales, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting team development.

• Manage the daily operation of the deli department

• Lead, motivate, and support deli team members

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste

• Ensure products are fresh, well-presented, and fully stocked

• Manage staff scheduling and assist with training and development

• Monitor department performance and work towards achieving sales and margin targets

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant food safety regulations

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Previous experience in a deli, food service, catering, or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends where required
