ROLE SUMMARY

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Shiloh & Bros is a family-owned media company based in Nashville, Tennessee, that creates scripted family content. The team includes an in-house VFX department and films on an 80-acre studio property. The main Shiloh & Bros YouTube channel has more than 11 million subscribers, and the company also runs Nelson Boys, Shiloh & Bros Gaming, and Shiloh & Bros Español, which has more than 4 million subscribers across Latin America. Its music reaches millions of listeners a year on streaming platforms, and the company is growing from a YouTube channel into a full media company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Shiloh & Bros Español already has a large and loyal audience in Latin America, and the company is looking to reach the channel's full potential and grow it even further. The Spanish Channel Production Coordinator will work closely with the Head of the Spanish Channel to research the Spanish-speaking market, manage the channel's content calendar and publishing, review dubbed content for quality, and coordinate with the in-house editing team and outside vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves content and wants to grow inside a creative family business with big plans for Latin America.

This position is perfect for someone who:

✅ Is highly organized and keeps many moving pieces on track

✅ Takes initiative and is proactive instead of waiting for instructions

✅ Is detail-oriented and catches what others miss

✅ Is curious and resourceful when looking for answers

✅ Communicates clearly and gives honest feedback

✅ Uses good judgment to decide what really matters

✅ Takes ownership of their work

COMPANY VALUES

✅Honesty: Communicate clearly and operate with transparency

✅Integrity: Uphold high ethical standards in all creative and professional responsibilities

✅Kindness: Contribute to a respectful, positive, and encouraging team environment

✅Faithfulness in Your Work: Be dependable, consistent, and committed to delivering your best work with care and excellence

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Dubbing Management and Quality Assurance

Well-managed dub orders, careful translation review, and clear vendor communication protect the emotion and humor that make Shiloh & Bros content special.

  • Manage the relationship with the dubbing company, including sending and receiving dub orders

  • Review all translations and dubbed episodes, checking for missing lines, translation errors, and changes that go too far from the original

  • Create clear, timestamped changelogs for the dubbing company

  • Send feedback to vendors in a direct, respectful way that keeps the relationship strong

  • Use good judgment to separate real issues from personal preferences

  • Track turnaround times and follow up with vendors when deliverables are late

Content Calendar, Pipeline, and Publishing

  • Build and maintain the Spanish channel's posting calendar for long-form videos and shorts

  • Map the full workflow for each piece of content and monitor the content pipeline to ensure each video is meeting deadlines

  • Set deadlines with the in-house editing team and follow up so files arrive on time

  • Create Spanish metadata for each upload, including titles, descriptions, and tags, and translate metadata

  • Upload and publish videos and shorts in the agreed order and on the agreed days

  • Organize content files and folders in Google Drive so assets are easy to find

Audience and Market Research

Clear audience and market research helps the team understand what Spanish-speaking viewers are watching and make smart decisions about what content to create next.

  • Research comparable Spanish-language YouTube channels and track what is performing well each month

  • Find trending shorts and popular concepts in Latin America that could be recreated in the Shiloh & Bros style

  • Monitor the foreign audience and gather viewer feedback from comments, polls, and community posts to understand what viewers like, dislike, and ask for

  • Prepare short reports on channels, trends, and audience feedback to bring to team meetings

  • Use YouTube search, YouTube Studio, and other tools to gather insights

Content Performance and Recommendations

  • Track views, subscribers, and engagement for long-form videos and shorts

  • Spot outlier videos and shorts and explain what made them perform well

  • Recommend original content ideas and clip ideas to the creative team based on research and data

  • Share monthly performance updates with the Head of the Spanish Channel

Shorts and Clip Selection

  • Review published Spanish long-form videos and identify the strongest moments for shorts

  • Flag scenes where the Spanish translation is especially funny or connects well with the audience

  • Send clip selections to the editing team

  • Review shorts from the English channel and suggest which ones could work for the Spanish audience

Team Support and Process Documentation

  • Join team meetings and track action items and next steps

  • Create and update SOPs

  • Suggest ways to make channel workflows faster and simpler

Although the responsibilities outlined above will form the core focus of your role, please note that your hiring manager may assign additional relevant tasks as needed to align with the evolving objectives of your position and the overall goals of our business.
