Hydrate IV Bar Madison

Part-time | Approximately 20 to 30 hours per week

$15 to $17 per hour, plus performance incentives and pooled tips

Hydrate IV Bar Madison is seeking an energetic Spa & Sales Coordinator who can create an exceptional client experience while contributing directly to business growth.

This is a client-facing hospitality and sales position for someone who enjoys building relationships and working toward measurable goals. You will work alongside our clinical team to help clients understand their options and feel confident in their experience with Hydrate.

What You Will Do

• Welcome clients and provide a polished experience throughout every visit
• Guide clients through available services, memberships, and packages
• Support scheduling, check-in, checkout, and payment processing
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Help clients stay engaged and make the most of their Hydrate experience
• Maintain accurate client records and complete assigned administrative tasks
• Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and general spa organization
• Support occasional community partnerships and off-site mobile events
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to support client needs

Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, retail, or another client-facing environment is preferred. Previous spa or medical experience is helpful but is not required.

Schedule and Availability

This is a part-time position with weekday and weekend shifts. Regular weekend availability is required. Occasional mobile events may take place outside standard spa hours.

• $15 to $17 per hour based on relevant experience and availability
