SALES SPA ASSOCIATE

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-timeFront Desk Spa Associateat our Springlocation.You are a critical link in growing our business and ensuring that our clients' experience is nothing less thanOUTSTANDING!

The primaryQualifications andRequirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Meet or exceed spa membership goals
Be a team player
Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests
Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Follow company policies and procedures

You have:

Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
