Job Details:
Schedule: 8am-5pm
Location: Eden Prairie MN 55344
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay Range:$55.00 to $58.00/hour*
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies for IT Software and Services.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Negotiate complex master agreements, statements of work (SOWs), pricing, and commercial terms.
- Conduct spend analysis, market benchmarking, and risk assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects, supplier relationships, and stakeholder expectations.
- Present data-driven recommendations and sourcing strategies to senior leadership.
- Support procurement systems, e-sourcing tools, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and category management.
- 5+ years of experience negotiating complex master agreements and SOWs.
- Proven experience leading strategic sourcing projects in cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguous situations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in IT Software/Hardware, clearinghouse services, claims processing, EDI, payment solutions, or financial services.
- 5+ years of experience negotiating complex technology deals and leading RFx projects.
- Strong understanding of IT software, hardware, and technology procurement.
- Experience with e-procurement tools, Procure-to-Pay systems, and contract management platforms.
