Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager with 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience. Indirect Procurement experience is strongly preferred, especially Marketing Procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFP/RFI, supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Develop commodity and supplier strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, spend data, and supplier performance.
- Manage supplier onboarding, contract execution, and performance reviews.
- Support complex and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Communicate sourcing strategies and project updates with stakeholders and procurement leadership.
- Use AI-powered procurement tools, spend analytics, and market intelligence to support data-driven decisions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Indirect Procurement experience preferred.
- Marketing Procurement experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI-powered procurement tools and spend analytics preferred.
- Pacific, Central, or Mountain time zone candidates preferred.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $52.00 per hour.
