  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and negotiating agreements for capital projects, engineering and design services, EPC/EPCM providers, construction contractors, commissioning services, and facility build-out activities.
  • Strong knowledge of capital project delivery, capital expenditure programs, total cost of ownership methodologies, lifecycle cost analysis, and engineering cost drivers across design, construction, operation, and maintenance phases.
  • Experience applying construction and engineering contracting models, including lump sum, target cost, reimbursable, and unit-rate agreements, with the ability to assess change orders, claims, contingency requirements, and commercial risk.
  • Ability to evaluate engineering and construction proposals using should-cost methodologies, productivity assumptions, escalation factors, commercial benchmarks, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of contractor safety requirements and commissioning and qualification requirements within regulated construction and engineering environments.
